Lisa is from Sweden and met Tove in Burlington. They enjoy sharing time talking about their love of Scandinavian food, design, and mindset. Lisa just got married to her Husband Trevor inside the AO Glass Factory that alos hoses the Tove Wear flagship store. Needless to say it was a magic and beautiful “factory chic” wedding!
In my world as the co-owner of Pingala Cafe & the Broccoli Bar, things are constantly evolving and I’m often hopping from one thing from another. One minute I’ll be analyzing cash flow to determine what bills we should pay this week, and the next I’ll be fixing the dish machine in our commercial prep kitchen. During the summer, I’m out on the road a lot serving broccoli to festival goers all over New England. It’s a ton of fun, hard work, with a touch of crazy. Comfort is key, and I’m too busy (and too old) to be uncomfortable while I’m working.
