Our production team in India is a key part of the tove wear origin story. We’ve deliberately designed our business to support our partner’s social enterprise production operation outside of Bangalore, India.

Their mission is to hire and train women in order to promote their economic independence and financial stability. In addition to offering safe, hygienic workplaces and fair pay, they also invest in local community infrastructure like healthcare facilities, clean water, and education.
